Introducing the Ones Behind it All:

Our Pillars: 

To fulfill our aspirations, the major aspects of our campaign are: Communication, Academics, Unification, Constitution, Utilization, and Stability. Together, these 6 categories form the acronym, “CAUCUS”, and will serve as the pillars of what we hope to accomplish.

Communication

- Hotspot Locations Throughout the School & Outside
- Designated Lunch Tables in Cafe for Freshmen
- Through the Usage of Discord (further discussion in "Unification" Pillar)

Academics

- Creating Cumulative Study Guides for EVERY Course of EVERY Teacher
- Creating Group Chats (not links to them, but ACTUAL group chats) of every class all in ONE place!
- Assignment Captains 

Unification

- Creating A Centralized Discord Server in which over 80% of the WHOLE Freshman Body will Be in! Our current one, as many of you may know, has over 400 Freshman (roughly 50%)!

Constitution

- Homework Policy Implementation Google Forms (Multiple Choice Question). Fill these out to indicate on an average how much homework you're getting for each of your classes each week. Our specific policy: If we see that the amount of students who voted over 40 minutes of HW for one of their teachers crosses our threshold (40% of all Form Fillers), then we will work with the teacher to help ease the weight or acknowledge what the problem is.
- RAD-Mails (Bi-Weekly Emails)- These will keep you updated on most aspects of our Caucus throughout the School year. 
- Analysis & Growth- Our Caucus will pledge to always seek for improvement within our major aspects. We may not be perfect, but we sure will try our hardest to come close to it!

Utilization

- Organization of All available resources. They will become 10x easier to find!
- Partnering with/Sponsoring Outside Resources that we feel will really benefit the student body.
- Open the gates to rigorous Math Team material.

Stability

In order to maintain balance and stability throughout a student body of 800 people, we'll create the following positions:
- 3 Chiefs of Staff (Executive Branch)
- 24 Homeroom Representatives (Legislative Branch)
- Directors of Socials, IT, Events, Academics, Resources, etc. (1 of each)
- Managers who will work each Director (3 of each)
- And most importantly, YOU (Judicial Branch)
