Why Are We Running?
We are running because Stuyvesant is more than just a high school. It is more than just a building that students enter and leave as if it’s clockwork. Obviously we are here to learn but that is not our sole purpose as students. These four years of our lives are unique and we want to maximize the fun and community that can be found in such a big school as ours. Students should feel heard in the midst of crowds and should have events to look forward to. Our ultimate goal is to make Stuyvesant not only a place to merely survive, but rather a community where students can thrive and grow both educationally and socially.
