🌟 Vote Nayoung Lee and Helena Suh for change you can see and leadership you can trust 🌟
Hey! I’m Nayoung Lee, and I am running for Sophomore Caucus Co-President with Helena Suh. I’m part of the track and the Congressional Debate team, and whether I’m sprinting on the field or speaking in the chamber, I love connecting with people and sharing ideas. I’m a social, communicative person who thrives on collaboration and bringing energy into everything I do. Balancing all of my extracurricular activities has taught me skills I’ll bring to the caucus if elected: how to stay committed, time management skills, and pushing through challenges. I can’t wait to help make our sophomore year unforgettable!
Hi! My name is Helena Suh, and I’m running for Sophomore Caucus Co-President alongside Nayoung Lee. I have dedicated the past 9 years of my life to dancing with my studio and at Stuy, I am a member of the Oratorio choir. Throughout my life, organization and planning have always been favorites of mine, and I am excited to bring these strengths into this role. Most of all, I’m looking forward to working with all of you to make our sophomore year as fun, connected, and memorable as possible.

To build trust and accountability, we will launch a Caucus Transparency Board with a clear timeline and regular website updates so students can track our progress and see that we’re following through on our promises.
To ease stress about the future, we will launch College and Occupation Workshops by partnering with alumni and local colleges and tailoring speakers to student interests to provide early, meaningful guidance for life after high school.
In response to limited AP course availability, we will create an AP Self-Studying Website that provides resources, peer support, and guidance through partnerships with librarians, ARISTA, and upperclassmen to ensure all students can succeed independently.
To make our caucus more active and reliable, we will launch creative and consistent fundraisers like a Back-To-School Beverage Cart, Photoshoot Nights, and Closet Cleanouts that raise money for events while building community and delivering visible results, along with the usual bake sales.
To celebrate and engage with our school’s diversity, we will host an International Night with cultural stations, interactive activities, and a potluck to foster appreciation for all backgrounds while raising funds for future initiatives.
To help ease student stress and build community, we will host regular events like movie nights and an end-of-year dance, with student input guiding choices to ensure the experiences are fun, memorable, and truly representative of what you want.
